AMA is a 12-week business training course designed to cover the fundamentals of starting and growing a food business. AMA targets entrepreneurs in the greater Sacramento region, particularly those who are from low-income backgrounds or under-resourced communities The Fall 2022 cohort will be mostly held on Zoom with a few optional in-person meetings.

There will be 4 AMA information sessions live on Zoom every Tuesday from 6-7pm between July 26th and August 16th. Potential participants also have the option to watch the info session in a recorded, on-demand format. These information sessions will provide an overview of the program and instructions to apply. It is mandatory to attend either a live-on-Zoom or complete the on-demand AMA Information Session in order to apply for the program.
